To synthesize two Ugi products following the EXPLAN005 . The compound will contribute towards a library for Falcipain2 inhibitors.
These compunds were ranked 151 and 152 in the DEXP014-V1B file from D-EXP014.
For experiment 140a/151 the aldehyde had already changed from liquid to solid before the experiment was started. The change in the aldehyde caused the components to never fully go into solution. (does this mean that there was no clear solution at the imine formation stage? if so write aldehyde insoluble in the table) - include pics next time
For experiment 140b/152 there was no solid product formed.
